• When Contracting Jon's circle LTD, we may collect certain information submitted by you (your full name, email address). All information is stored locally and secured.  Reasons for holding information -

1. ​ To make sure we are contacting the right individual

2. Each individual will have different requirements, which helps us work to our best abilities.

• Payment is taken from the first of each month (Including if it's a bank holiday or any other holidays  that fall on the first day of that month)​

​

• We have the right to cancel your contract for any reason. 

​

• Any abuse will not be tolerated (Racial abuse, Homophobic abuse, Religious abuse) - If any of these occur, we will cancel your contract innately.

• You have the right to cancel at any time, If you cancel 2 weeks before your next payment is due, we have the right to ask you for the final payment for that month.

• ​We do not give anyone your information ( e.g., if you are away on holiday or an emergency happens ). Asking a friend or a family member to attend your meetings or disclose your business details is simply not allowed. It's only allowed if Jon's Circle LTD has that person's information on record, given by the person who holds the subscription.

•  Any typographical errors shall be updated or deleted  (without any liability on our part)  and shall be updated regularly if needed, but we are under no obligations to do so.
